Price the final delivery and replenishment
Specify the port or airport and the final town or facility, unloading arrangements and receiving contact. Request separate freight and inland-delivery costs, moisture-resistant packaging options, spare quantities and refill lists for first-aid supplies. Make sample approval and inspection timing part of the schedule.
