For repeat orders, record the approved sample and packaging version so receiving teams can check consistency without relying on catalogue names alone.
Plan the country-specific checks
Kenya’s KEBS operates PVoC; Nigeria’s SONCAP covers regulated imports. SON announced a National Single Window migration in 2026. Confirm current scope, responsible parties and required evidence with the importer before shipment. These are separate national processes.

Compare serviceability and delivery
Confirm local charging conditions, spare-battery options, user instructions and first-aid refill lists. Name the final delivery site and compare freight, inland transport and inspection separately. Ask for warranty claim steps, packaging protection and replenishment lead times in the commercial proposal.
