Choose the country before the paperwork
For PPE entering an applicable EAEU market, check the scope of TR CU 019/2011 against the proposed model. Kazakhstan’s regulator provides technical-regulation and assessment-body resources. Confirm requirements with the destination importer; a Russian-language catalogue does not establish product conformity.

Compare for the actual season
State working and storage temperatures and whether garments are worn over winter layers. Ask for sample sizing and documented operating limits for lighting and batteries. Confirm the required language for labels, instructions and the quotation, including any destination-language requirement identified by the importer.
Define an inland delivery plan
Name the border or terminal and the final warehouse. Separate transport legs, customs responsibilities, inspection release and estimated arrival. Compare carton volume, handling protection, replacement batteries and repeat-order consistency, and identify who will handle warranty claims after delivery.
